Canada Standard Ground Shipping – $10
Standard Shipping to Select Countries – $20

Non-Delivery Issues
For missing packages, contact us immediately at info@onanewyork.com. We will initiate a carrier investigation, which may take up to 48 hours. Refunds or replacements are subject to carrier resolution.

Damaged Orders
If items are damaged upon arrival, retain the box and contents, and email us at info@onanewyork.com with your order number and photos.

Signature Requirement
Orders over $300 may require a signature upon delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST are processed the next business day.
Standard Ground Shipping within the continental United States arrives within 2-7 business days. Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may require additional days.
Orders over $300 may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
