Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days at info@onanewyork.com for a return authorization. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and purchased directly from onanewyork.com. Gift cards are non-returnable.

We recommend using FedEx, UPS, or insured Parcel Post for return shipping. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs. For items over $75, a tracking service or shipping insurance is recommended.

Exchanges
For exchanges, email us at info@onanewyork.com to obtain an exchange authorization and return instructions.

Gift Returns
We can provide site credit for gift returns if the item was shipped directly to you.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Missing or Damaged Packages

For damaged packages, save all materials and notify us immediately at info@onanewyork.com for a replacement. For missing packages, we will initiate a trace with USPS, typically resolved within 2-3 business days.
